Vision

To perpetually generate quality mechanical engineering technicians so as to cater the needs of industry and society.

Mission

1. To develop skilled and employable mechanical enginnering technicians by improved teaching learning process and industrial exposure.

2. To inculcate human values and engineering professional ethics in mechanical engineering technicians.

3. To develop attitude of self-learning and soft skills awareness in mechanical engineering technicians.

Program Educational Objectives (PEO's)

Achievements

Two of the senior staff member in department , namely Shri. S.M.Bhoyar and Shri. P.V.Ghotkar, have been sponsored for M.Tech. ( Edu ) at T.T.T.I. Bhopal by Govt. of Maharashtra from octomber 2005.
Shri. N.P.Bhangade from the department has succesfully obtained M.E.(CAD/CAM ) post degree from Amravati University in first division in year 2005
To enrich and update latest advance in Mechanical engineering ,a short term courses in Auto cad was conducted by the department in the month of oct-nov 2006. The number of trainees were 28 adding revenue of Rs. 29400/- to the institute.
The trend of excellence in annual examination results was also kept intact in summer 2005 and 2006 examination by first ,second and final year in reputed institutions.
Apart from departmental and academic activities , the faculty from Mechanical engineering also share majority of institute crunch nerpartibilities which includes community Polytechnic cell, Training and Placement cell,Central store , Hostel section and also enterpreneurship Management and Development cell.
